Creamy Tuna & Bean Salad

This salad is so creamy and scrumptious. Kids will love it!

Creamy Tuna & Bean Salad

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serves: 4


Ingredients:


  • 1 can of cannellini beans

  • 1 can of white albacore tuna

  • 1 Persian cucumber, diced

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • ½ avocado, mashed

  • 2 tblsp pumpkinseed oil (or olive oil)

  • Salt & Pepper


Method:


Rinse the cannellini beans, add the tuna and all the other ingredients and mix together. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
