Fudgy flourless zucchini brownies
If you are after gluten free desserts - you can't go past these mouthwatering brownies. You'd never know they are made with zucchini!
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 45 minutes
Makes 12
Ingredients:
1 cup of organic almond butter
1 1/2 cups of grated zucchini
1/3 cup of raw honey
1 organic egg
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of cinnamon
½ tsp of nutmeg
1 cup of organic dark chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 175 C (350 F)
Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix everything together
Pour into a greased 9 x 9 baking pan
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean
